These terms explain use of the Empire Universal Services, Inc. website. Project-specific service agreements govern work performed for customers.

Website purpose

The website provides general information about Empire’s services and ways to contact the company. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, materials, and the scope of work must be confirmed directly with Empire.

Quote requests and service agreements

Sending an inquiry does not book a service, establish a fixed price, or authorize work. Work proceeds under the applicable agreed scope and service terms. Website information does not replace a written quote or signed agreement, and these website terms do not change an existing customer contract.

Independent contractors and payments

Some services are performed by independent contractors coordinated by Empire Universal Services, Inc. For work booked through Empire, payments must be made directly to Empire. Any separate work arranged or paid for directly with a contractor is outside your agreement with Empire.

Property-care articles

Articles offer general planning information. They do not replace an on-site assessment, equipment instructions, or advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Conditions differ by property. Do not undertake hazardous roof, ladder, electrical, or other work based solely on an article.

Service images currently displayed on this website are AI-created illustrations. They are not photographs of completed Empire projects, proof of results, or representations of a specific customer’s property.
