This statement describes Empire Universal Services, Inc.’s website, online quote requests, and email correspondence.
Information you choose to provide
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property address or neighborhood, requested service, and project details. Please do not include payment card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.
How the quote form works
When you submit the form, your details are sent to a Firebase backend and stored in Cloud Firestore for Empire to review and respond. A confirmation reference appears after the request is saved. If no confirmation appears, retry or contact Empire. The form does not save your entries in browser local storage. Requests do not book services or authorize work.
Email correspondence
If you submit a quote request or send an email, Empire receives the information you provide and may use it to respond, discuss your property, prepare a quote, and coordinate requested services. Email providers process messages under their own policies. Information included in later service agreements may be subject to additional recordkeeping requirements.
Website hosting and technical information
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, access logs, and cookies needed to deliver or secure the service. Firebase and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise also process technical information to deliver the quote form and protect it from abuse. Their processing is governed by their own applicable notices and terms.
Analytics and advertising
When enabled, Empire uses Google Analytics to understand website visits and approximate visitor locations. Google Analytics may use cookies and process browser, device, and visit information. Dashboard reports show aggregate visitor counts; town locations are approximate and may be unavailable. Customer names, contact details, and quote messages are not sent to Analytics by Empire. This website does not use Empire-added advertising pixels.
Your questions and requests
You may contact Empire to request a correction or deletion of information you submitted through the form or sent by email, or to ask how your information is handled. Requests are considered subject to applicable law and records needed for ongoing services, accounting, or disputes. Please identify the request or correspondence involved without sending additional sensitive information.
